flooded~
well... was caught in flood for the first time in my life ! hahs ! but i was stuck in bus only luh... stuck at somewhr near the sixth avenue on my way to skl... super shit man ! hahs ! here is how it goes :
1.30 pm : i board 852
1.40 pm : was at beauty world and the rain was super big. the images thru the windows were totally blur ! thn at the turn into dunearn rd, it all started... the big drain that divides the 2 lanes (to and fro) was overflowing ! free flow of water man ! water gushing in one direction and i think anyone that fell into the drain will sure be washed away ! the scene was super scary ! it was flooding a little at that point. so the bus driver keeps going on and on. until finally the flood rises to a very high level. and all the vehicles in front stop so i guess the driver got no choice but to stop as well.. hahs ! i think the driver will carry on driving if thr wasnt any vehicles blocking him man ! hahs ! he super chiong kind ! the water level rises till it totally cover the wheels of a taxi ! (thr was this cab in front of my bus) the water level reached the car plate number ! so i got stuck in the bus and it was freezing ! then thr was this lady that wanted to get off the bus. so the driver open the door and let her out. when she step on the ground, the water lvl reach her knee cap ! that was how bad the flood was !
3.15 pm : finally reach my skl bustop ! waited for my fren for awhile then head down to skl !
overall, it was pretty fun to see such things. like once in a lifetime ? hahs ! oh ya ! thr was this accident too ! this blue car got stuck in the drain and the scdf had to come and rescue ! but no casualties ! and the greatest thing is SOMEONE ACTUALLY ABANDON HIS BMW ! it was in the middle of a cross junction man ! haiyo ! but its BMW ! well thats all for today ! =)
